Am 18. und 19. Juni 2026 hatten die Schüler:innen der 2FS bzw. 2BHW die Gelegenheit, an einer von der Fachhochschule für Gesundheit angebotenen Gesundheitsrallye teilzunehmen. Hier einige Stimmen von Schüler:innen:

„Die Rallye war sehr informativ und wir haben viel Neues erfahren. Am besten hat uns die Erziehungsberatung und Evita gefallen. Durch diese Workshops habe wir einen besseren Einblick auf verschiedene Themenbereiche über Gesundheitsmanagement bekommen.

Außerdem waren die abwechslungsreichen Standorte sehr locker und dadurch konnte man zuvor erfahrenen Informationen besser verarbeiten. 10/10” 2BHW

“My favourite was Evita because I learned a lot about how to deal with anxiety and how to help others in stressful situations. I found it very useful for everyday life.

Overall, the health rally was informative and I learned many new things.” 2FS

“I really enjoyed our visit to Suchthilfe Tirol because we learned a lot about addiction and how people can get help. I also liked the workshop at the Sexual Center in Innsbruck, where we talked about important topics in a very open and respectful way. We also went to the youth center in Kufstein, where we were allowed to play table tennis and table football. This was a lot of fun and gave us a short break from all the learning.

At Evita, we practiced some helpful exercises for panic attacks, which I found very interesting and useful. During the parenting counselling visit, we watched a short role-play that showed us how a real counselling session works. It was exciting to see how professionals talk to families and help them with their problems.” 2FS
